Shipping & Delivery

Kindly take a picture of the damaged item on the same day of delivery and send it to us at contact@xenajewellery.com with a detailed description. We will analyze your request and depending on the outcome, send you a replacement if one is available.

Shipped items take approximately 3-7 days to arrive.

Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned up to 4 days after delivery. In return, a voucher equal to the amount of the item will be handed out. That amount can then be placed towards another item. Items returned should come back with their original packaging and tags. However, items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return. 

Due to the nature of our products/services, all purchases made from XENA are final and non-refundable. 

Items have up to 10 days after day of delivery to be exchanged. The item must be new and unused. It must also include all its original packaging. To initiate an exchange request and to receive instructions, please contact us at contact@xenajewellery.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

A couple notes:

  1. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  2. If the replacement item is of a lower value, we will issue you a store credit for the difference.
