Exchange
Items have up to 10 days after day of delivery to be exchanged. The item must be new and unused. It must also include all its original packaging. To initiate an exchange request and to receive instructions, please contact us at contact@xenajewellery.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Returns
Items may be returned up to 10 days after delivery. In return, a voucher equal to the amount of the item will be handed out. That amount can then be placed towards another item. Items returned should come back with their original packaging and tags. However, items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products/services, all purchases made from XENA are final and non-refundable.
